Note: corrected violations include 205, 209, 301, 304, 306 and 308.
Upstairs prep cooler has been moved away from the wall (better air flow) and repaired. Cooler temperature measured at 4C. You may resume use of this system, however keep your higher risk items like tandoori chicken in the lower compartment
Foods found uncovered and/or on the floor of the upstairs walk in cooler have been removed, repackaged, covered, or moved.
Some scoops were still found in dry food bins - install hooks or use a clean container to store the dirty handles outside of your food ingredients.
Rodent droppings have been cleaned up from the bottom two dry goods shelving units. Continue to clean the entire kitchen are EVERY DAY.
Diligent cleaning must be done more frequently and more thoroughly than current cleaning standards, otherwise your rodent infestation will not get any better.
Cleaning has been done since last inspection. Keep up with this level of cleanliness.
