Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # ANAN-CDXV5K of Apr-29-2022 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Access to the hand sink was blocked. The soap dispenser was empty. Correction: Hand sink must be accessible at all times. Refill the soap dispenser.

On Follow-Up: Deli hand sink was fully equipped and accessible. Deli meats in the display case were below 4 degC. Cooler had been fixed. The warmer for the roast chickens hadn't been repaired yet. The hotholding case in the deli wasn't operable. Until the warmer's fixed, roast chicken is not offered for sale. The chickens are cooked, cooled and pulled for wraps in the meantime.
