Routine inspection:

Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottle and container. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use.
Sushi display cooler (covered) at 1-4 degrees C.
Preparation cooler inserts not in use. Lower section at 1-3 degrees C.
Sushi rice tested and observed to be below pH of 4.5.
Back 2 door coolers at or below 4 degrees C.
3 door freezer at -18 degrees C.
Self serve display coolers at or below 4 degrees C.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
Permit posted in food preparation area.
Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review.

Consider making changes to label to clearly identify where product is prepared. Some food products prepared from central commissary in Richmond while other food products are prepared onsite.
