Observation: Rodent activities is noted at various locations inside the production/warehouse facility.
Corrective Action(s): Continue with the pest control program. Inform the technician of droppings noted in the mezzinine and stored retail display equipment area.

Observation: Loading bay door left open. Droppings noted on the storage shelves with boxed finished goods.
Corrective Action(s): Keep doors closed or install screen doors. Close any openings along the bottom of loading bay doors. Remove the low plywood platforms placed on the floor under the shelving units where rodents can nest undetected. Product should be store at least 6" off the floor or on pellets that can removed for cleaning underneath. Remove unused equipment or ensure they are stored in such a way that will provide access for pest monitoring and placement of traps.

Routine inspection:
General sanitation has improved.
Pest control record was available for review.
Facility is roasting coffee, packaging coffee, tea, ice tea powder, hot chocolate powder, ready to eat baked good (made at Victoria facility).
A handwashing station is available in the tea tasting/R&D room. Soap and paper towel is available.
Please ensure staff wash hands before donning on gloves.
Quats sanitizer is available. Recommend spraying down the stainless steel counters with 200ppm quats sanitizer before commencing packaging the baked goods.
