Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Walk in cooler was at 7.5C (both ambient air and inside food).
Corrective Action(s): This must maintain 4C or less at all times. Unit adjusted during inspection and came down to 2C.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash station in the staff washroom lacked hot water (tap was turned off) and no paper towel was present.
Corrective Action(s): Keep paper towel fully stocked and hot water line turned on at all times *this is a repeat infraction, further violations may result in fines*

Observation: Observed a buildup of grease and food debris throughout premise in the harder to reach areas.
Corrective Action(s): Give entire kitchen a deep clean including (but not limited to):
- On and under/behind prep tables in the long food prep area
- Walk in cooler walls, floors, wire racks
- Under upright double door freezer and domestic cooler next to it
- Under line cooking equipment (especially under deep fryer)
- Under crates under the window on both sides (dishwashing and prep areas)
