Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizing cloth's found on kitchen counter, not dispensed in sanitizer bucket.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizing cloth's must be returned to the bucket containing sanitizer solution after use. Not doing so can contaminate the cloth and therefore contaminate the food contact surfaces.

General sanitation is good. Deep frier area is clean. Hard to reach areas are clean.
Storage is organized, no food stored on the ground.
Sanitizer buckets readily available with 100 ppm Chlorine Solution.
Low temp dishwasher sanitized with 100 ppm Chlorine on plate surface.
Hand sink has hot/cold running water and is stocked with soap and paper towels.
Coolers operating at 4 degrees C or lower, and freezers operating at -18 degrees C or lower.
Perimeter checked, no signs of pests. Pest management report reviewed. Traps are set for prevention.
Chemical storage room clean and organized.
Ice machine clean, no sign of mold.
