Comments

Licensee stated she had renewed her first aid certificate on Nov. 25, 2017 but did not receive her certificate yet. Manager will be reporting the licensing staff after she received her training certificate.
Licensing reviewed children records. Only 4 children had complete information on registration forms and 4 children had information on emergency contact cards. Licensee requested licensing staff to send FH registration forms for facility use.
Licensing also discussed the need of parents' consent to use any DIN (Drug Identification Number) product for children in care.
The inspection report was reviewed with the manager prior to signing.
Thanks for your time.
