Observation: Grease and/or food debris build-up observed on exhaust hood vents, underneath deep fryers. Operator informed that exhaust hood vents and behind heavy cooking equipment are clean 2x/week.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize aformentione area. Increase cleaning frequency to prevent grease and food debris build-up. When conducting cleaning behind heavy cooking equipment and exhaust hood vents to ensure that a thorough and detailed cleaning job is done. Submit pictures to inspector via email. Observation: Half of kitchen floor observed to be laided with concrete while the other half obsered to be original tile. Concrete side observed to be not smooth. Operator informed that owner patch half because it was pratly cracking. Operator informed contractors will commense work on October 30, 2023 and completed on October 31, 2023. PICTURES TAKEN. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION.
Corrective Action(s): REmove concrete to ensure the whole kitchen floor is non-porpour, smooth, and easily cleanable or lay the whole kitchen floor with sealed concrete that is non-porous, smooth, and easily cleanable. Corrected by: December 1, 2023
