Observation: Low temperature dishwasher is unable to dispense chlorine sanitizer at 50-100 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the dishwasher so it is capable of dispensing chlorine sanitizer at 50-100 ppm. Prepare bleach sanitizer in nearby sink by mixing 1/2 teaspoon household bleach per 1L water (100-200 ppm). Manually sanitize all dishware and equipment in this bleach sanitizer for 2 minutes after washing in the dishwasher. Allow dishware and equipment to air dry before use. Operator arranged for repair services during inspection.
