Observation: Prep table cooler across from grill/fryer area not working and not in use. No other refrigeration present in front service area. Noted on previous routine inspection report (03-Feb-2016) that it was slated to be replaced, but has not been replaced yet.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace prep table cooler so that there is adequate refrigeration present in front service area to ensure potentially hazardous food is maintained at 4C or colder and that premises is maintained as per approved plans. Correction date: 1 month

-General sanitation was satisfactory.
-Handsinks (front and back) supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
-Sliding door pop cooler at 4C
-Stainless cooler (back) at 3C
-Stainless freezer (back) -14C
-High temperature dishwasher met sanitizing requirement. Rinse cycle was 78C at dish surface measured with min/max thermometer
-Bleach present for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
-Ice machine ice reservoir appears clean.
-No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
