Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- QUAT sanitizer in bucket read at 50ppm. The bucket was filled approx. 1 hour ago as per the label.
Corrective Action(s):
- Dispense more QUAT solution or replenish the solution more frequently. Sanitizer should be replenished when it becomes visibly merky/cloudy even before 2hr limit has been met. Sanitizer was replenished with 200ppm QUAT at the time of inspection.

Observation:
- Freezer not able to maintain ambient temperature of -18C or below. Current reading at 0C.

- Repair the freezer. Staff stated that they are awaiting for parts.

Comments

- Handsinks in the prep area and in washroom are fully equipped.
- All coolers at 4C or below.
- Walk-in freezer at 0C - staff stated freezer is malfunctioning and temperature has been raised. Technician has visited twice and some parts are ordered.
***Ensure to monitor the temperature on hourly basis. Before temperature comes above 4C - transfer all stored food items to walk-in cooler.
- Sanitizer from source tested at 200ppm QUAT.
- No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection.
- Overall sanitation satisfactory.
- Good labelling practice observed.
- Staff certified with food handler certificate on site.
