Introduction

An unscheduled inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). A covid-19 risk screening assessment was completed with the facility prior to this inspection. At todays inspection, the following areas were reviewed for compliance. · Physical Facility · Health & Hygiene

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated May 6, 2020 there was 1 child and 1 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided. The following discussions were had with the Licensee: · Universal precautions · Staffing;Criminal record checks;Medical Notes · Essential Service Registrations & Emergency contacts · Covid-19 prevention Strategies The following resources were provided: · Resource package for Childcare Facilities containing info on: Covid-19; Healthy Diapering; Germ Fighting; How to cough; How to Sneeze The information contained in the report was discussed with the Licensee and Licensing stated that the report will be emailed to the facility.
