- Environmental Health officer met with new operators onsite.
- Copies of labels, list of suppliers, foodsafe certificates, list of events, letter of agreement to use facility for processing.
- Handwashing station equipped with hot / cold running water, liquid soap, & paper towels.
- Walkin cooler @ 4C.
- Dishwasher reached 75.1C at dish level for sanitizing cycle.
- Bleach water sanitizer @ 100ppm concentration.
- Spray bottles is labelled appropriately.
- Process area is separate from other areas where non-related food processing is to be done.

The following is required:
(1) Provide updated food safety plan, sanitation plan and recall process plan. Provide a sample of the best before dates.
(2) Provide a schedule for kitchen use and daily cleaning. Provide a sample template for all records.
(3) Obtain testing stripes as discussed during inspection for all sanitizing procedures.
