On Follow-Up: -Sink plugs have been purchased, but they don't fit in the sink. Operator has purchased different sink plugs that do fit. -Second cooler is present in the main kitchen and working, but there aren't many shelves in this cooler. The display cooler has been unplugged and emptied. Wedding season is over now so the business has slowed down significantly. Operator says that he's looking into getting another display cooler next year before wedding season starts up again. -The leak at the 3-compartment sink has been fixed. -There's a thermometer in the fridge. Outstanding Item: -Operator still needs to retake FS level 1. He says now that the business has slowed down, he'll get that done within the next 2 weeks.
