Dishwasher has now been installed - reached 50ppm chlorine at plate surface. Chlorine test papers required Walk-in cooler <4C *Sanitizer and detergent pails required in the event some utensils need to be washed/sanitized using the double sink At least a couple of garbage bins required in the dining room and one for the kitchen
