Corrective Action(s): Repaint all the raililings in the walk-in cooler to ensure there is no risk of chipped off paint getting in th meat products (By May 1, 2018).

*Washroom door must be kept closed at all times
* Repair leak on the washroom sink immediately to allow for the hand sink to be used properly.
* Ensure meat grinder is thoroughly cleaned after each use or every two hours unless it is being stored in walk-in cooler in between uses.
Correct procedure for cleaning is: Clean all parts thoroughly by using a de-greaser, rinse off thoroughly and sanitize by using 200 ppm chlorine bleach.

Game meats are stored in a separate cooler. Advise customers not to bring garbage bags for meat storage (even if it is originally stored in food-grade plastic bag).
Pet foods sold on site are made from human grade meat.

*According to the operator, "Turkey Pepperoni and Buffalo pepperoni are smoked and cured by Bonetti Meats.
No curing or smoking done on site.

Walk-in freezers below -18 C.
Front display cooler below 4 C.
