Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # KKIM-CPFRY5 of 27-Feb-2023 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: - No hot water available at the handsink inside staff washroom. Correction: - Hot water flow is inadequate/ very weak and the water gets never warm even after multiple attempts of activating the water flow sensor. Repair/replace the unit so that hot water is readily available at the handwash station. Date to be corrected by: March 13, 2023

- Handwashing sink in staff washroom has warm water supply (automated sensor) now. - Clean up has been done. - No garbage bags observed on floor. - There are still light amount of grease & batter mix deposits observed on the floor behind deep fryers - this was observed 30 minutes after opening time. Ensure ALL CORNERS AND HARD-TO-REACH AREAS are cleaned EVERY DAY before closing.
