2. Contact Ecolab to get SmartPower sanitizer test strips. This sanitizer uses a special test strip.

Preparation table (2 door, Bishop): 3.0°C
2 door under counter cooler (cardinal): 5.8°C
Staff has just stocked cooler. Monitor to ensure unit can maintain temperatures of 4°C or less.
Chest freezer (Breyers): -27.2°C
Chest freezer (Chapmans): -22.2°C
Walk in cooler: 4.0°C

Heavy ice formation along walls of chest freezer.
