Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted: All cooler units at or below 4C and equipped with thermometer units. Walk-in freezer at -18C. High temperature dishwasher achieved a final rinse temperature of 75C. Hot holding of food products at above 60C. 3 compartment sink satisfactory. Quats dispenser at 200ppm. All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground. General sanitation is good. Food items properly covered.
