Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mildew noted on the condenser panel inside of the O-Matic ice machine. This has been an on going problem that needs to be addressed. Failure to do so may result in enforcement actions.

All cooler units at or below 4C and equipped with thermometer units.
Walk-in freezer at -18C.
High temperature dishwasher achieved a final rinse temperature of 75C.
Hot holding of food products at above 60C.
3 compartment sink satisfactory.
Quats dispenser at 200ppm.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
General sanitation is good.
Food items properly covered.
