Summary of Inspection:
· At the inspection dated August 22, 2022 there were 17 children and 3 staff present in group Child care 3-5 and 22 children and three staff in the School Age Program. Licensing met with the manager. At this inspection, no contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
The following was discussed:
· Application to Amend the License in regards to correct the service type on the license to 302 Group Child Care (30 months to school age) from 301 Group Child Care (under 36 months). Manager informed that they never had a license for group child care under 36 months since she has been working as a manager.
· Room #'s were checked and included on the floor plan. ( Note to File included in the file)

A scheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance. |
