Use 1 ounce of bleach per gallon of water in sink, soak dishware and utensils for 2 minutes after washing.

General sanitation is good coolers measured less than 4C Bleach available on site for sanitizing cutting boards and knives (Please change spray bottle every 3-4 days) No sign of any pests inside the store, but please keep the back loading bay doors closed to prevent rodent entry
