general sanitation is good all coolers and freezers working properly hand sinks have soap and paper towels ventilation filters clean dishwasher had some chlorine sanitizer available, recommend increasing to ensure it is above 50ppm staff washroom clean with soap and paper towels floor is clean staff show good personal hygiene no concerns
