- Refrigeration temperatures are ≤4o Celsius with exception of the sandwich cooler:
-->Operator indicates that they add ice to the sandwich cooler during busy periods.
-->Please add ice to the unit as soon as possible (current temperature inside is ~9 degrees Celsius).
-->Temperature logs from indicate that the temperature of the unit was under 4 degrees Celsius earlier in the morning.
- Freezer temperatures are satisfactory
- Hot-holding temperatures are ≥60o Celsius
- Quaternary-ammonium food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at 200ppm concentration
