Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Carton of eggs in the walk-in cooler measured at an internal temperature of 10C. Walk-in cooler measured at an air ambient temperature of 7C.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the aforementioned items. All potentially hazardous foods (e.g.: eggs) must be stored in a cooling unit that is capable of holding an air ambient temperature of at least 4C or lower. All potentially hazardous foods must be measured at an internal temperature of 4C or lower.

Observation: Handwashing station obstructed with cardboard boxes and table. Handwashing station lack paper towels and adequate hot water for proper handwashing.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handwashing station is clear for any obstructions. Handwashing station must be well equipped with hot and cold running water, paper towels, and liquid soap to facilitate proper handwashing. Corrected by: July 5, 2021

Observation: Walk-in cooler door is partly detached from the walk-in cooler. Walk-in cooler measured at an air ambient temperature of 7C. Stand-up freezers measured at -12C to -15C. Light fixture in the walk-in cooler observed to not provide adequate lighting to provide ease of cleaning.
Corrective Action(s): Service the aforementioned items.
-Walk-in cooler door to properly be secured onto the walk-in cooler.

-Stand-up freezers to measure at an air ambient temperature of -18C or lower.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Correction Order Issued to Triple Z Grocery Inc. due to "Equipment/facilities/hot and cold water for sanitary maintenance are not adequate [FPRs. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)]." To be corrected by July 6, 2021.

Communicable Disease compliance conducted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing sign in place. Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. Physical barrier present at front-till. Daily health check of staff conducted. Maximum occupancy signage of 3 customer posted.

Chlorine sanitizer bottle measured at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available for food preparation (i.e.: rinsing and packaging whole vegetables from supplier) and sanitation.
Stand-up coolers measured at 4C. Chest freezers measured at -25C.
No cooking, processing, or hot-holding of foods.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Re-organize produce in the walk-in cooler.
