Correction: Remove all the ice in the ice machine. Clean and sanitize as per the manufacturer's instruction. Refill the ice machine as per instruction. Date to be corrected by: November 8, 2023

Follow-up inspection completed for report# KLAI-CXBPJ3 Interior of the ice machine noted in a sanitary condition. As per operator, the machine was dissembled for deep cleaning and sanitizing. All food in the chest freezer is now noted protected and covered. All areas noted with mouse droppings have now been cleaned and sanitized. Please monitor for pest activities. If droppings reappear, notify your pest control company and work together to mitigate and eliminate pest issue.
