Follow up inspection to report# DSOG-B2MT88:

- Sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine concentration. Ensure to follow the proper manual dishwashing method as outlined on the Fraser Health poster that was provided during the routine inspection.
- All handwashing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels and waste bins.
- Mouse droppings have been removed and contact surfaces cleaned. The following actions are still needed:
- One additional live TinCat mouse trap in the main kitchen
- One live TinCat mouse trap in the mixing area.
- One live TinCat mouse trap in the dumpling area.
- General sanitation has improved.
