General Comments:
- Hand sinks properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Dishwasher achieved 71C at dish surface during rinse cycle
- Sanitizer solution available at 100 ppm (chlorine bleach)
- All coolers measured at 4C or colder
- Freezers measured at -18C or colder
- No hot holding of foods
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection

*Follow-up inspection scheduled for Tuesday, May 21st.
Ensure to have proof of Foodsafe Level 1 registration if course has not been completed by May 21st.
