Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # 243305 of May-28-2018 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (1) Front handsinks did not have paper towel immediately available for drying hands. (Note: cloths are not an acceptable means for drying hands). The kitchen handsink (by walk in cooler) did not hav eany liquid soap available - employees observed rinsing hands (with gloves on) with water only * Note on glove use: Acceptable as long as they are regularly changed (ex. between activities like touching raw foods and then cooked foods). Employees must wash hands in between glove changes with soap and water. Educate staff.
