Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-BGUTYW.

It was stated that dishwasher has been serviced since the previous routine health inspection. High temperature dishwasher measured 74 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (required: 71 degrees C or more at the utensil surface). Discussed use of max/min registering waterproof probe thermometer for checking final rinse temperature at utensil surface.
