General sanitation in warehouse and production facility is adequate Storage practices in warehouse are adequate Discussed cooking, steeping, washing and grinding tanks/lines. Chlorinated sodium hydroxide cleaner is used weekly on lines, monthly on tanks. All tanks and lines are hot water washed between product runs. Bi-weekly pest control services in place. Employee hygiene is adequate - employees are wearing clean coats & hairnets. Gloves are worn if product is handled. Handsinks supplied with soap and paper towels. **Some places on the floor require resurfacing or repainting (near floor drains). Please repair floor as necessary.
