- Coolers are ≤ 4°C, Freezers <-18 oC
- Hot holding unit- not in operation at time of visit.
- Low temperature dishwasher is available. not tested at time of visit.
- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer is available
- Dry storage is maintained
- Ice machine is maintained. Ice scoop is stored properly.
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
- Premise is clean and organized

Covid-19 Safety protocol are being followed (plexi glass at cashier, sanitizing of contact surfaces are being done, washroom is sanitized after each customer) - no issues noted except the distance between tables ensure minimum 2 meter between the back of chair to the adjacent chair at the other table.
