- Operator submitted Application form, incorporation papers, FS lvl 1 certificate (Jiwon Kang), FSP/SP plans, and menu.
- Operating permit fee in the sum of $137.50 received at time of inspection (#0408)
- Hand-washing stations supplied w/ hot/cold water, soap, paper towels
- Coolers <4 degrees Celsius
- Freezes temps satisfactory
- Hot-hold temps. >60 degrees Celsius
- Dishwasher (low-temp) is providing >50 ppm chlorine residual during final rinse
- Chlorine sanitizer available in spray bottles @ >100 ppm conc.
