Observation:
- High temperature dishwasher is not able to complete a full cycle.
Corrective Action(s):
- Contact the supplier and have the issue resolved. High temperature dishwasher should be able to complete a full cycle without the need for extra draining in the middle of the process. Use the manual dishwashing method meanwhile to wash, rinse and sanitize the inserts, knives, tongs and the cutting boards.

- No extra prep done on site; only cutting.
- All products are supplied from the central kitchen located at 9015 Shaughnessy St. Vancouver.

*Equip a new thermometer for the center cooler. The old one is not working.
