Observation: Cooler #2 was measured at 12.3C via probe thermometer. Operator provided temperature log for cooler which recorded 39F at approximately 8am (3 hours prior to inspection). All PHFs moved to a cooler that measured at 4C

Overall, premises is very well maintained.
-Coolers (except Cooler #2) are at 4C and storage is satisfactory
-All freezer units are at or below -18C.
-Temperature logs are maintained and up to date
-Dry storage is clean and satisfactory
-Pest proof containers are available and scoops are stored in a hygienic manner
-3 compartment sink was prepared appropriately with bleach solution for sanitation
-Spray bottle containing bleach sanitizer solution achieves 100ppm Chlorine
-Hand wash stations are fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water.
-No signs of pest activity.
