Observation: Far right line cooler closest to hand sink was observed with pooling liquid at bottom of cooler. Food is not in direct contact with liquid. No concerns with cooler temperature at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Remove liquid from above-noted area. Have cooler serviced if problem persists. Date to be corrected by: January 24, 2019.

Food is stored off the floor and properly organized.
Hand washing sinks are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Staff and management observed to be properly washing hands.
Deli slicer in sanitary condition.
Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available at 200 ppm in labeled spray bottles and buckets.
Chemicals are stored in a separate area away from food
Designated area in use for staff personal items such as clothing
Low temperature dishwasher measured 46 degrees C and 100 ppm chlorine in rinse residual at utensil surface.
Bar glass washer measured 12.5 to 25 ppm iodophor.
Staff washroom hand sinks adequately supplied.
Customer washrooms checked were in clean condition.
No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection. Most recent pest control report indicates no rodent activity. Reminder to follow pest control operator recommendations.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Certificate produced is valid to September 22, 2020.
