Follow-up inspection conducted to routine inspection (report #TGIL-C8EUCZ). Observations made: - Back storage area was found clean. Mouse droppings were removed. - Containers stored in walk-in coolers were properly covered. - Hard to reach areas & along the walls were cleaned. - According to the operator, splash guard will be installed between prep sink and the food prep table within a month. - Operator provided a designated storage area for oil pan in the back storage area to ensure it does not obstruct the hand wash station.
