Routine health inspection conducted.
- Coolers at 4 degrees C or less.*
- Freezer satisfactory.
- No hot holding.
- Food is protected from potential contamination.
- Hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels in place for hand washing (front and back areas).
- Equipment such as ice machine observed to be in clean condition. Ice scoop stored outside of ice machine.
- Bleach water sanitizer available in spray bottle (100 ppm chlorine) and in bucket with wiping cloths. Note: Bleach water in bucket started to "bleach out" test strip (over 200 ppm chlorine); bleach solution was diluted to 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. Chlorine test strips are available on site.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 78 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (minimum required: 71 degrees C at the utensil surface).
- General sanitation good. No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
- FOODSAFE certificate valid until 2024.
*Note: One cooler not functional and not in use for potentially hazardous (perishable) food storage at time of inspection. Ensure cooler is capable of maintaining food at 4 degrees C or less prior to use for potentially hazardous food storage. No storage capacity concerns at time of inspection.
