Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted on November 15, 2022 to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All care categories were reviewed for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated November 15, 2022 there was 1 child and 1 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment was completed and a copy was provided.

Licensing conducted a walk-through of the entire facility.

The following discussions were had with the Licensee:
