Change of ownership + change of name. Application FSP+ SP + certificate of incorporation are submitted. No changes to the facility.
* Temp. all coolers + freezers are satisfactory with the exception of:
prep cooler temp 5-7C --> monitor and adjust to <4C
- paper towels + liquid soap are provided at sink.
* Re: Hot holding for pizza provide a timer <1hr holding at room temp.
* Cleaning + sanitizing all food prep area + all dishware still outstanding
Health approval is granted subject to the above.
Permit fee $75 for the rest of this year payable to Fraser Health.
