Wiping cloths were stored in sanitizing solution.
Code 306 corrected. Walk-in cooler and bar cooler floors had been cleaned. Grime and filth removed. However, grouting and flooring must be done regularly to avoid build up.
Dry storage area and dishwashing area have been cleaned. Follow your cleaning schedule and Sanitation Plan to maintain premises in sanitary condition.
