Follow-up inspection. Application for name change received. Infection Control Plan for waxing received - please add treatment bed to plan. Treatment bed must be disinfected with a low level disinfectant after each use or lined with single use paper. Facility approved to provide waxing services in separate room. Reminder: combs must be fully immersed in the barbicide solution. Follow instructions when using barbicide and clippercide. Clean implements after each client and keep them in a clean condition.
