Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the dishwasher is dispensing 50 ppm chlorine during final rinse cycle (at the dish surface).
Note: Test strips are available. Chlorine must be checked in the cavity of the low temperature dishwasher daily to ensure it is properly sanitized dishes and utensils.

General sanitation - good.
Hand-sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers.
Coolers <= 4 C.
Freezers - satisfactory.
Thermometers for cold nits - available.
Surface sanitizer is available in spray labeled bottles (the kitchen and front/service area), concentration is measured at 100 ppm of chlorine.
Food storage - satisfactory.
No signs of pest are noted at the time of inspection.
Note: Pest control measures in place.

Note: The operator called to a maintenance service to repair the low temperature dishwasher at the time of inspection (no activity/no customers in the Valley Curling Club at the time of inspection).

Immediately: If food has to be served - take out and single use utensils only until the dishwasher is repaired. Please notify the Health Department when the dishwasher is in good working order.
