Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Wall cooler (dairy) was at 3C.
-Sprouts were at 2C.
-Wall freezer was at -18C.
-Novelty freezers ranged from -16C to -24C.
-Random selection of foods were within their best before dates.
-One severely dented can of coconut milk was removed at the time of inspection - ensure staff routinely check canned foods and remove severely dented containers.
-Foods in the outside area protected from potential contamination.
-Did not observe any foods from unapproved/unknown sources.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator every 2 weeks. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
