High temperature dishwasher reached 72C at the plate level upon final rinse cycle (min/max probe thermometer)
Bleach available for sanitizing - not mixed up. Reminder: 1/2 tsp bleach in 1 L of water = 100 ppm
Cooler operating at </=4 C; thermometer present
Foods are stored covered, 6" off the ground and protected from contamination
General sanitation is excellent
No signs of pests observed
