Observation: Observed dishwasher not able to achieve proper sanitizing concentration. 0ppm. Primed repeatedly without obtaining residual, but liquid observed discharging from feed line!
Corrective Action(s): Investigate and fix. Possible problem with disinfectant itself. Do not use dishwasher for sanitizing until problem is rectified. Implement manual sanitizing step until unit is fixed (see public comments for instructions). Dishwasher must be fixed by follow up inspection date noted on report.

Comments

Manual sanitizing procedures to be followed as temporary solution to mechanical dishwasher problem. Fill dish sink with warm water and add chlorine at a rate of 1 oz bleach to 1 gallon water / 28 ml bleach to 4.5 litres water.
Note: Spray bottles not clearly indicating which sanitizer in use and what sanitizing concentration/ratio of sanitizer to water is to be used. Improve labelling practices. This will be reviewed on follow up inspection date noted on report.

Note: Only use non-scented bleach products.
