Follow-up inspection conducted. The sanitizer dispenser has been repaired. It was tested to have 200 ppm QUATS using the inspector's and operator's test strips. All food contact counters were in good sanitary condition. Ensure sanitizer levels are checked frequently throughout the day to ensure adequate sanitation of food preparation areas, utensils, and equipment. The grater had been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. No used gloves or dirty rags were found lying around the facility. Signature not required due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
