Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Deli slicer was found to have old food debris on the sharpening guard. This is a continuing violation.
Corrective Action(s): Instruct staff on the proper cleaning and sanitizing of the deli slicer. Equipment must be properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use to prevent potential cross contamination of foods. Sharpening guard was washed and sanitized at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to February 10, 2020.
-Front cook line faucet for the handwashing station has been replaced. Handwash stations was accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Did not observe any unfrozen donair meat from the previous night in the facility at the time of inspection. Only frozen meat cones can be reused the next day, if the cone is shaved down to the frozen portion of the cone and stored in the freezer.
