[s. 14(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Left side 2-door display fridge AGAIN too warm -air temperatures ranging between 12-14 deg C (room temperature). Desserts showing temperatures between 6-9 deg C (desserts moved from the freezer to this unit a few hours ago) NOTE: this was the same unit not in good working order back on May 2023 routine inspection -Correction Order issued Corrective Action(s): Relocate all potentially hazardous foods to one of your other operable fridges. Adjust/repair the temperature of the fridge to maintain foods at or below 4 deg C Do not place foods there until this temperature is met. NOTE: fridge in question did go back down to 4 deg C.
