Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer solution available at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Food-contact surfaces such as knives/utensils and cutting boards must be regularly sanitized with a suitable sanitizer chemical to eliminate germs/bacteria from the surfaces. Demonstrated correct procedure for preparing a chlorine sanitizer solution at time of inspection. Train all employees to use the sanitizer solution on food-contact surfaces after cleaning.
