Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Plastic cup observed inside the ice machine, stored in direct contact with the ice cubes.
Corrective Action(s): Operator removed the plastic cup from the ice machine. Ice was removed from the ice machine.

Observation: Observed several packages of beef jerky, chicken jerky, and pickled sardines on display next to the cashier. Food Safety Plans for the mentioned items were not submitted. Operator VOLUNTARILY removed the items from sale.
Corrective Action(s): Operator to provide a Food Safety Plan if they wish to sell the above mentioned food items.

All freezer units registered a temperature <= - 18 deg C

Sanitation
Handwashing station is fully supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
High temperature dishwasher is available for mechanical ware washing. Temperature registered at 72.5 deg C on plate surface during final rinse cycle
Ice machine is in satisfactory condition, scoop was stored outside (see exception: code 209)
Food contact sanitizer spray registered at 200 ppm chlorine.
Note: mix 2 mL of unscented 5% bleach with 1 litre water
